Conexión IDS y GDS

Cómo conectar su alojamiento en LLT Dev6 con Hotelbeds

Primero que todo, asumimos que su propiedad ya está configurada en LLT Dev6 y que usted ya tiene firmado un contrato con HotelBeds. Si es así, siga los siguientes pasos:

  1. Contáctenos y proporcionenos sus credenciales para Hotelbeds extranet (usuario y contraseña) y su número de alojamiento (ID)
  2. Nosotros contactaremos al equipo de conexiones de hotelbeds para habilitar su conexión, esto puede tomar un tiempo para que la conexión sea habilitada.
  3. Cuando recibamos la confirmación que la conexión ha sido habilitada para su alojamiento, mapeamos sus tipos de habitaciones y sus tarifas. Cuando esté todo listo, impulsaremos la disponibilidad y precios para Hotelbeds. Después de esto validamos que la disponibilidad y precios fueron sincronizados correctamente. Le enviaremos un email cuando esté todo validado. Generalmente toma unas pocas horas.
  4. Luego de esto, realice una prueba de reserva en su hotel y asegúrese que ésta aparece en el PMS. Verifique que toda la información fue capturada totalmente y correctamente. Pruebe actualizar y cancelar. Si tiene cualquier problema contáctenos inmediatamente LLT Dev6 via support@colibripms.com
